The site claims that express delivery is an option, promising arrival in one to two days, so I placed my order, sure my package would show up on schedule. Instead, it took three days. I got back half of the shipping fee. It wouldn’t have been as frustrating if my order had been right. They swapped out one item without a word. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

I placed an order for home delivery. Evri couldn't get the items to me on time (not really orl's fault) with the express delivery. No trouble at all getting a refund for the express cost. The items were nicely packaged and matched the description, all at a reasonable price. I'd definitely suggest this service.

Totally useless! I placed an order for two toys for a kid's birthday about a week back. I really needed them in a hurry. I saw on their site that some items had a picture of one thing but described something totally different, like a big box of Lindor chocolates that was labeled as a £1 37gm item. I went ahead and ordered the toys, paid for delivery, and mentioned on my order form that I wanted chocolates but thought their labeling was off.

Any reasonable person would send the items I ordered and maybe drop a note about the chocolates or shoot a quick email. But what did this company do? Oh right, they ignored my order for the kids' toys, which is super urgent this time of year, and sent me an email about stuff I didn’t even order.

A week later, I reached out to them asking what was up. HHEEELLLPP! Their response? They said they tried to email me about the unwanted chocolates and, oh by the way, they didn’t send the toys I actually ordered. Can you really say these are the actions of a reputable company?

I got a resin cat that sleeps for my folks' garden... The delivery was speedy and the quality of the item is top-notch. I kinda wish I was nearer so I could check things out in person! I’d surely order again without a second thought. Awesome, thanks a bunch!

I got my hands on 3 Vivid Art figures since they had all of 'em available when other shops were out. They showed up in just 3 days, quick and secure! The packaging was top-notch, using re-used materials that clearly took some effort to prepare. It's great to see someone else doing the whole cutting down and re-purposing thing besides me! Big thanks to Old Railway Line Garden Centre and their team; I'm really pleased and satisfied with what I bought.

Great service! The plants showed up in excellent shape and were packed really well. I placed my order late on the 12th of March, and they were delivered by the morning of the 16th.

I ordered some garden furniture and was really impressed with the support I got from the beginning to the end. They kept me in the loop the whole time, and the delivery came way faster than I thought it would. I’d totally suggest checking out the ORL Garden Centre.

I asked for a call back to check if the plant was in stock. I also requested an email with the photos, and they took care of it all.

What a fantastic shop! I stumbled upon them by chance after checking out Easy Nets on Amazon, who 1. jacked up the price and 2. were out of stock. Lucky me, I searched for easy nets and discovered The Old Railway Line. They offer great products at a really good price and their service is top-notch. I was thrilled with how they handled my order and when it finally showed up. Huge thanks for being so exceptional. I highly recommend this business to all!

I got 12 bags of decorative bark, placed my order on Sunday, May 17th, and they showed up on Wednesday, May 20th. Living in West Yorkshire, I had a tough time finding a supplier during the lockdown. The delivery driver called me yesterday to set up the drop-off. This garden center had tons of five-star ratings, so I was pretty sure everything would go smoothly. Keep it up, I wish I was closer to you!
